At podstudio.store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

The item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags where applicable.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

For an approved return caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, podstudio.store may provide or cover the return shipping cost.

For returns requested for reasons other than an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using an appropriate available method. Refund processing and delivery times may vary depending on the payment or refund method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm the details required to process an approved refund.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to follow our return process.

Because our store uses Cash on Delivery, customers are requested to place orders only when they are confident they can receive the parcel.
